How To Make Low Carb Keto Chocolate Brownies

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of stevia crystal or Lankanto monk fruit (adjust more or less too sweetness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoon of grass-fed butter (melted)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan or 350°F). Line a 20cm/8in shallow square cake tin or baking tray (alternatively you can spray with non-stick oil).
  • Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl – vanilla extract, sour cream, peanut butter and melted grass-fed butter.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl – Almond flour, cacao powder, baking powder, stevia and salt.
  • Slowly mix the dry ingredients with wet ingredients until completely incorporated. This should form a thick batter.
  • Pour the brownie mixture into a lined tin or glass baking tray, shake it around so that the mixture evens out.

  • Bake for 18–20 minutes or until well risen, lightly cracked around the edges and the center has a slight wobble.
  • Leave to cool in the tin/tray for 15 minutes then mark into twelve bars and leave to cool completely.
